Our warehouse staff are extremely skilled and will package your items according to our precise and exact specifications. Prior to shipping the goods are thoroughly inspected and secured. Note: Orders that include more than one item are assigned a processing time in accordance with the item.
Before shipping the items, our staff will carry out a thorough inspection on the items you purchased. Most orders are now shipped within 48 hours. Expected delivery times are between 3-7 days.
Returns
We do not manage the stock at our warehouse or factory. Stocks are subject to change at any moment. Be aware that it is possible that your order could run out of stock even after you have made the order.
Our policy runs for a period of 30 days. If you haven't received your item within 30 days, we are not able to issue the option of a refund or exchange.
