Note: Orders that contain more than one item are assigned a particular processing time, dependent on the particular item.
Prior to shipment, all purchased products will be thoroughly inspected. The majority of orders are delivered within 48 hours. The expected delivery time is between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
The stock is constantly changing. It's not entirely managed by us since we're involved with several organizations, such as the factory and the storage. Stocks are subject to change at any time. Be aware that your order could be unable to fill when you have placed the order.
Our policy is for 30 days. If you don't receive your product within the 30 days period, we're not able to issue a refund or an exchange.
The item you purchase must be in the original packaging and in good condition. It must also not be used. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
