Returns

The stock is constantly changing and cannot be fully controlled by us due to the involvement of multiple entities, including the factory as well as our warehouse. The actual inventory can change at any moment. Be aware that it's possible that your order could be out of stock after you have placed the order.

The policy is 30 days. Unfortunately, if thirty days have passed since you purchased your item, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.

The item cannot be used and in the original packaging. It should also be returned in its original packaging.
